Tips for Tuesday


Here's another quick an easy recipe for you.  I like to keep the ingredients stocked in my pantry so I have them on hand for those days when I need a last minute dinner idea.



MEXICAN SOUP


                         1 can black beans                                 1 jar salsa
                                1 can great northern beans                   8 ounces shredded cheese
                                1 can cream style corn                          2 cans chicken
                                1 – 32 oz. carton chicken broth

Rinse beans. Combine all ingredients in a large pot or crock pot. (You may also reserve cheese and use it as a garnish.)  Heat to desired temperature. Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
